COMPLETING FA AFFILIATION FORMS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS

On Wednesday 9th June we are holding an evening at Poynton Workmen’s club to complete the FA Affiliation forms and other forms that we need for next season. The management committee will be there between 7 & 9 pm to help with these. Secretaries need to bring with them a list of this seasons players, your bluefin insurance documents or copy of your policy if you use another company. £30 either cheque or cash as part payment of affiliation fees.
