For week 1 only if any club fails to produce ID cards then the fixture goes ahead and club will receive a warning
For week 2 and onwards if a club fails to produce id cards prior to the match then the fixtures does NOT go ahead and the management committee will decide what punishment the offending club will receive but generally the offending club will be deemed to be failing to fulfill a fixture for which a fine will be issued and the possibility of points being awarded to the opponents.
