Craig - As you are FULLY aware the council control the closure of the pitches. If your guys don't fancy getting a bit muddy, wet or cold, I'm sorry but the weather is out of the ECSFL control. However with the high price Heald Green pay for the use of William Scholes PF, this does guarantee SMBC provide warm dry sunny conditions every Sunday between 10:45 and 13:15.

The council do indeed control the closure of them which they will be exercising at 11.30 tomorrow.
Sunday football has always been wet and cold, nothing new there.
But if the aliens landed and saw all those people standing on muddy pitches being told to go back home at 10.36a.m.............
I think they would conclude we are not an intelligent species.
I am,.....so are the Macc teams....and so are a few of us on this forum..
Anyway, haven't you got some invoices to send out ........

An early decision all round would be good both in Macc and Stockport. Maybe the league should make a decsion. I hate this not knowing what's happening from one week to the next.

So be clever then....
Call the games off like Macc have.
Macc have stopped now until January.
It's not like there is going to be a backlog at the end of the season with your master plan is there ?
Or let's play in mud and let the council love us....
See Stockport have cancelled

1-0 to the weather

Every single day
The pitches are a mess.
Go on, I will work it out......
Shall we have 550 players and 25 referees not knowing what's going on...
Or...........
Well I can't think of a blatantly obvious alternative.
I have to admit though, I do like those pleasant evenings in April.

Stop being sensible, you'll be put in charge of the FA next.

Can anyone clarify where our game is with Poynton. It should be their home game but it says Woodford Rec? Have Macc cancelled all games till Jan?
